  • To fish or not to fish ?

Hi cuisine lovers ! I'm watching for the emission TV program "Top Chef". I was saying to my mother:"You know, I think everybody must do a succulent plate."So I'm writing to help you to cook, for and to begin, a fish!


 You know it : the fish is really difficult to cook. But you can do a lot of succulent plate recipes with. This article is here to help you to cook a succulent fish : the salmon !

You will need to :
  • a salmon
  • a lemon
  • st jacques shell
  • pastas

Press the lemon into a stove with oil, salt and peper.
Set the salmon into this juice and leave it to cook for 20 minutes. When the fish is cooked, put shells in the stove and leave cook 5-10 minutes. Put pastas in boiling water and wait between 15-20 minutes. For the dressage, put the salmon in the middle of your plate, on pastas. Pay your juice on your plate and sprinkle of shells.


« Et voilà ». You have cooked a succulent fish.
